My career focus has been underserved care in an urban setting ever since I decided to choose medicine after a previous stint as a teacher of English as a Second Language. I am fortunate to be able to combine my love of teaching with delivering health care to those in need. Medicine is calling, but I also consider family medicine a special calling within medivine for those who commit to taking care of the whole person and entire families. |
