UCI Health Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, in partnership with Alzheimer’s Orange County (AlzOC), has developed a new mobile friendly web site for healthcare practitioners to improve the care they provide to their patients diagnosed with dementia.

Four mini-fellowship were given through the course of the grant. Each mini-fellowship included a two-day in-person intensive course and was followed by a longitudinal mentorship program with a geriatrician for six months.
The Orange County Medi-Cal based In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program serves 14,000 caregivers of clients over 65 years of age.
